I’m not sure how to quantify the time.
But for sure, it is too much time.
There are many causes to our worries and fears.
They all point to a root cause.
Uncertainty of not being able to handle things that come your way.
The brain likes predictability.
Not knowing, can raise stress.
The more you do it.
The more it gets reinforced in the brain.
It can become addictive.
To reduce your worries and fears.
Stop blaming external things.
Don’t blame anything on anyone.
Who you are.
What you do.
What you have.
How you feel.
Are all in your control.
Blaming makes you a victim.
You give away your power.
Take responsibility for your life.
