Tamy is a happiness and mindfulness meditation coach and found of Happy Meditator. She has a Bachelors's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work with a specialty in working adults and the elderly. She's an experienced mental health counselor, group therapist, and healthcare manager. She has worked with families, seniors, and people suffering from depression, dementia, affective disorders, schizophrenia, and addiction problems. Tamy has spent several years researching the subject of happiness and wellbeing. And she's gained certification in Integrative Restorative Meditation (iREST).
