How to remap your brain to create balance

Meditation and detachement
When you meditate you witness your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations of your stress. This practice creates detachment from them. This gives you a life-transforming tool to remap your brain.
When you detach from your stressful beliefs and thoughts you make new brain connections. You begin to understand that You are not your mind. You are not your thoughts and your mind is not always right.
This detachment reduces your mental and physical suffering. You become a witness. You are not your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, you are just the witness.
