A new year. New goals. More happiness and well-being are in your list….

Start with your focus.

-Listen to your needs.

When you ignore them, you drain your tank.

Instead of well being you promote illness.

A new priority, replenish the tank.

You’ll get more energy.


You’ll be a better person, partner, parent, daughter or son.

-Take breaks during your day.


Observe your body.

If tense, stop and relax.

If hungry or thirsty, eat and drink.

If tired, recharge.

-Pay attention to pain

If hurt, comfort yourself.

Take care of your physical pain!

— Bring kindness

Especially if you are being self-critical.
