Do things that feel centering and grounding.
Meditation, gratitude, prayer.
Start with what you have, not with what you wish you had.
Don’t rush through your morning.
Pay attention to your senses.
What can you see, touch, smell, hear or taste.
Bring curiosity.
I wonder what wonderful things will happen today?
Reduce judgment and negativity
No emails, no social media, no news
Don’t feed your brain with fears and worry.
Instead, build more Awe.
Look at nature.
Observe the sunrise and the sunset.
The harmony and wisdom of nature.
Close your day with the positive.
Reflect on the lessons and blessings.
