How to find a better response

Recently I have been stuck.

I don’t know what to do about a problem.

Not sure how to solve it.

Questioning over and over.

“Is there even a solution?”

Past responses are not working.

I’m repeating the same.

Expecting a different outcome.

I have been reflecting on this.

How do I deal with not knowing what to do?

Acceptance.

External factors are out of my control.

I only control my reaction.

If you feel the same.

Pause.

You don’t need to respond.

Instant solutions are not always possible.

Just pause.

Accept that things are not working how you hope.

That is ok.

Think and reflect.

The best response might be no response.

Silence.
