Self-criticism could be your default mode.

This mode has an unkind inner voice.

That voice is draining your confidence.

Feeling negative comes from that voice.

Paying too much to it.

Believing it.

Confidence starts with a different mode.

Kindness.

Being kind makes you a better problem solver.

Your brain develops resilience.

Resilience equals dealing better with challenges.

Overcoming challenges builds more confidence.

Self-criticism freaks out your brain.

Creates a negative loop.

It spirals non stop.

That is when the inner voice won’t shut up.

You can stop it.

Bring self-compassion.

When the voice starts talking.

Close your eyes.

Say” thanks but not right now”

Take three slow deep breaths.

Open your eyes.

Start again.

Repeat whenever the inner voice comes back.
